Lindsay M. Thomas, CPA, is a Legacy Partner providing valuable counsel and mentorship to the firm. Lindsay joined L. Cotton Thomas & Company immediately upon college graduation and became a partner in 1976. He served in that capacity until the firm merged with Rasco Winter Abston and Moore in 2018, which became Rasco Winter Thomas, LLP.
Lindsay’s 50-year career includes extensive experience in tax and audit. His expertise in tax is in the areas of individual, corporate, estate and trust. His expertise in audit is in the areas of construction, transportation, manufacturing, and insurance.
In his role as an accountant of counsel, Lindsay enjoys serving as a sounding board for his clients and the firm and helps them develop creative solutions for broader management and business issues.
Lindsay grew up in Little Rock and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1974. Outside of the office, Lindsay and his wife, Dr. Jan Shorey, can be found together enjoying traveling, sailing, and spending time with their family.
