Kevin Norton, CPA, is a Principal Partner who joined the firm in 2002 after three and a half years of experience in public accounting in the Little Rock market with a regional and then a national accounting firm. Kevin collaborates closely with the firm’s leaders to manage resources, support operations, and implement strategies that improve performance goals. He also contributes to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall efficiency of the business.
As the firm’s Audit and Assurance Practice leader, with more than 20 years’ experience, Kevin oversees the audit and assurance engagements in several industries including a number of large manufacturing clients, non-profit organizations, HUD-related entities and employee benefit plans. His public accounting background, strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset provide complementary leadership for Rasco Winter Thomas’ diversified Assurance team.
Kevin also has extensive experience in tax practice assisting a variety of clients with both tax planning and compliance in industries including healthcare, legal services, manufacturing, retail and construction. Recognizing the value of strong relationships, Kevin is very approachable, responds quickly and is committed to being actively involved in servicing clients.
Kevin was born and raised in Bryant, Arkansas and graduated from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. He and his wife, Kim, met in high school and were married in 1997. They have 2 grown children, Zach and Rachel. In his free time, Kevin can be found on the golf course, running or with his wife enjoying live music throughout central Arkansas.
