Additionally, some team members take on board representation roles, leveraging their skills and expertise to serve on boards and make impactful decisions that benefit our local community. Our CPAs are more than just accountants. At Rasco Winter Thomas, we are advisors who are connected to the state and the local civic and nonprofit community. We want to come alongside our employees to engage in organizations that they care about, they feel passionate about and they are involved with. Throughout the year, we take time as a firm to support our community with time spent volunteering.

A few organizations we support and have served in various board positions include the 20th Century Club and Hope Lodge, Joseph Pfeifer Kiwanis Camp, United Way, Our House, Easter Seals, Arkansas Food Bank and Ronald McDonald House.
