Rasco Winter Abston Moore & Associates, LLP was formed in 1973 and has been serving clients with quality and excellence ever since.  The goal has always been to combine the experience of a large firm with the personal attention that only a small firm can provide. We work to develop long term relationships, and truly believe that our success is a result of the success of our clients. Many of our client relationships are long-standing relationships and our clients continue to use our services year after year because they know they are in good hands.

Since the beginning, we have served many clients in a variety of industries, including: professional service organizations, non-profit organizations, manufacturing companies, retail businesses, low income housing projects, insurance companies, retirement plans, and various others.

At the end of the day, our main objective is to provide our clients with value-added services; striving to ensure that the benefits our clients receive from our services outweigh the cost of those services.

We have also chosen to become a member of the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This decision was made because we consider it necessary that we have not only more formalized and higher professional and technical standards to achieve, but also that some independent authority periodically review our adherence to those standards. Consequently, we are periodically "audited" by a team of CPAs sent to our office by the PCPS. At the conclusion of their examination they issue a report as to our adherence to technical and professional standards. We have always received an unqualified ("clean") opinion of our compliance to those standards. You can view the latest copy of our PCPS opinion here.
